With Engage Consult, you create an account secured with a password so there is no need to type in your details every time you contact us. You can use the link below to access our patient portal
• Ask for help with new or ongoing medical problems
• Ask an administrative question
We will respond, usually within 3 working days, but this may take longer if we are exceptionally busy.
Please look out for either a reply message in your Engage Consult account, a telephone call (ensure your phone has service), or a text message. It is your responsibility to attend the surgery if given an appointment.
We use the information you provide in your request to:
- Give you access to assessment and treatment for medical problems
- Give you an appointment with a GP or other clinician for ongoing, more complex or specific problems
- Give you advice and treatment online if it’s more straightforward
- Direct you to a more appropriate service for your needs
- Respond to your administrative queries

Please give us accurate information when you contact us. Please do not be tempted to exaggerate your symptoms thinking that this will secure you priority care – this simply causes confusion and may result in you being given inappropriate care and advice (for example being advised to attend A&E or call 999).
